The far right's army of "auditors" — the confrontational YouTubers who film protests, migrant hotels, and street conflict for clicks and cash — are facing a furious backlash from their own side because their obsessive filming is handing police the evidence needed to lock people up.

Dion Wragg, a far-right foot soldier jailed for 2 years 4 months for his part in the 2024 Southport/Manvers hotel riot, ranted on X after being convicted on evidence built from auditor footage:

"8 months inside due to degenerate grifting auditors posting videos online with clear faces of patriots at the protest! You're not helping our cause, all you're doing is damaging our movements… putting people's freedom at risk to earn a few quid from views. They are basically grassing on the nationalists they claim to support!"

Steve Laws (Restore Britain's hardline fascist wing) posted:

"I'm yet again reminding you all to stop filming faces. If our guys are getting a bit tasty, don't fucking film it. You're putting them in the shit."

Sam Melia (Patriotic Alternative, recently released from prison for inciting racial hatred):

"Any uprising would be immediately nipped in the bud thanks to these auditor cunts who film every moment in HD."

Alex Yerbury (National Rebirth Party) singled out Young Bob (Thomas Moffitt), a teenage auditor whose footage of the Southampton riot (3M+ views) clearly showed rioters' faces:

"Are you aware that by filming this, all you are doing is creating a pile of evidence that can be used against people that you sympathise with in court?"

Yerbury had his own Portsmouth branch organiser Luke Jahn filmed fighting with police in Southampton — footage widely shared.

AY Audits (Anthony Barnes) went on the defensive. In a 50-minute livestream from his car, he rambled about the "grass" and "snitch" accusations:

"These words are very bad words to call people… they could incite people to have a lot of trouble, yeah?"

Searchlight notes the irony: "The possibility of auditors violently clashing with their own political bedfellows — that could be the best social media content yet."

🔴 Young Bob (Thomas Moffitt) Assaulted in Manchester (15 Jun 2026)

Thomas Moffitt (Young Bob) — the 17-year-old teenage auditor whose footage put Southampton rioters behind bars — got a taste of his own medicine in Manchester.

He tried the Charlie Kirk "change my mind" grift: set up a debate stall on Market Street, film arguments with passers-by, edit to make them look stupid, collect the clicks. A tip-off went round, and a multi-racial group of school kids (~16 years old) recognised him and took a dim view.

He ended up dumped on his arse and had to be rescued — by a group of black men and women who stepped in to spare him further embarrassment.

Searchlight's take: "For a young man who fancied himself a savvy operator on the far-right scene, it is quite a legacy. And it turned him into a hate figure with some sections of the far right. He was a 'grass'."

The New World ran a profile piece the same week: "Meet Young Bob, the teen Christian nationalist star of the UK's hard right" — describing him as having "a wet-lipped intensity reminiscent of Peep Show's Mark Corrigan" running "the Confrontational YouTuber playbook to perfection."

He'd also been energetically canvassing for Restore Britain's doomed Makerfield by-election campaign alongside "some of Restore's most notorious nazi recruits."

AY Audits vs DP Audits — Physical Fight (Jan 2026)

Anthony Styles, 59, ran the AJ Audits YouTube channel where he'd livestream outside asylum hotels ranting about "protecting children" from migrants. He was a fixture of far-right activism in London and Epping.

The Sun exposed him in Sep 2025: he was a convicted child sex offender. The man screaming about migrant men being a danger to kids was himself on the sex offenders register for abusing girls.

Reddit r/unitedkingdom thread (Sep 2025): 369 upvotes, hundreds of comments. Byline Times followed up in Apr 2026 as part of their wider investigation into the criminal pasts of the auditor scene, naming him alongside other offenders.

DJE Media (Curtis Arnold) — Convicted Sex Offender Filming "Audits" While Monitored by Police

Curtis Arnold, 36 — runs DJE Media, filming "grot spots" in Manchester (Piccadilly Gardens fights, drug use) for YouTube. His backstory is far darker:

Despite all this, he continues posting content, filming vulnerable people, and calling himself a journalist.

ST Audits (Christopher Lee Matthews) — Pro Wrestler Turned "Migrant Hunter"

ST Audits is Christopher Lee Matthews, 53, from Stoke-on-Trent. Before becoming an auditor/migrant hunter, he was a professional wrestler and doorman. HOPE not hate describes him as "highly secretive" and "one of the most aggressive and confrontational activists."

He was involved in a "major spat" with another migrant hunter (unnamed in the reporting), reflecting the internal rivalries within even the most niche corners of the scene. Spotted at the Britain First rally in Nuneaton (Mar 2025).

Steve James / Edge of the Matrix — Green Campaigner → Nazi Fellow Traveller

Steve James (real name Jefferies), who runs the channel Edge of the Matrix, has one of the strangest radicalisation arcs in the scene. He started as a green/environmental campaigner and ended up as an anti-trans extremist auditor who attacked a Green MP.

Searchlight's headline: "From green campaigner to harassing Green MP — the radicalisation of Steve James." He now runs with the Manchester fascist network (English Ned, Fred Willis) and was part of the attack on MP Hannah Spencer in March 2026.

Lee Scheres / Unmasked Antifa Exposed — The Doxxer

Lee Scheres, from Leeds, runs the Unmasked Antifa Exposed X feed, where he routinely identifies and doxxes opponents of the far right. Searchlight profiled him in their "Do not feed the animals" feature as a key figure in the auditor ecosystem — not a filmer himself, but the intelligence arm supplying targets to the confrontational channels.

Banaman — Sheffield's OG

Banaman (60.5K subs, 426 videos) is a Sheffield-based auditor who predates the current "migrant hunting" wave. His content is more classic police-accountability auditing — bailiffs, car boot sales, council offices. Less directly political than the newer wave, but represents the earlier, milder form of the genre that the current mob has evolved from.

English Ned vs "The Girls" — The Big Fallout

A direct post on the group asked: "Does anyone know why English Ned and 'the girls' MKR, My brakes don't work... have fallen out? I can't see any videos or announcements as to what's happened."

English Ned (Chris Messenger) — the loudest mouth in the Manchester scene — has fallen out with Kelsea (MKR Audits) and Rachel (Mybrakesdontwork / The Lesbian Cartel). The exact reason isn't public, but they were all charged in the same affray case and given bail conditions banning them from contacting each other. The group suspects the falling out predated the arrests.

Post-raid, Ned was spotted violating his bail conditions — caught walking "within metres of one half of the lesbian Cartel" in a London video. Group comment: "Bail Conditions for both mean they can't be near each other by accident or on purpose."

KC Audits (Kyle Clouston) — The Grass

Kyle Clouston (KC Audits) is widely believed in the group to have spilled the details to police, leading to the raids. One post: "Thanks to KC Audits for spilling the tea Chris Messenger - English Ned Kelsea/Rachel - The Lesbian Cartel..." — suggesting he gave up the whole network.

Another group member named Harry Jackson as "the one that got English Ned // KC Audits house raided etc" — either Jackson was the source or Kyle is being blamed for Jackson's information.

English Ned Gets His Teeth Knocked Out

Multiple group posts reference Ned getting attacked. "English Ned has had his teeth knocked out?" — reportedly by Antifa. Another post recounts Ned after an assault: "I've had worse punches off me daughter, you dirty animal Venezuelan whoppers... That lad stamped on me head an snapped me £260 glasses, they were Vivian Westwood as well officer."

Billy Moore (a YouTuber who covers protests and events) is referenced as providing support to Turbo (another auditor) — "getting him 5 grand free holiday and dental work soon when his probation ends." Updated — Tommy Robinson Telegram channel (20 Jun 2026): Billy Moore was confronted at a protest by Darren Gee, described as "the deranged bald grass that is despised by everyone." The TR channel ran a full post about it:

"Billy Moore, a YouTuber who covers events of a broad range, including protests, is confronted by the deranged bald grass that is despised by everyone, Darren Gee, screaming... Degenerate little rat needs to get a job, and stop collecting the blue giros."

Darren Gee appears to be a new figure in the grass/snitch ecosystem — someone considered a police informant by the far-right scene itself. No other mention of him found across sources yet.

Creepy Curtis & Charlie Veitch on Lockdown

Group posts reference Curtis Arnold (DJE Media) being spotted in London: "Creepy Curtis is panting like a pig running around London" while "Charlie Veitch is on lockdown" — confirming even within the scene, Curtis is viewed with contempt.

BF Birmingham "March for Remigration" — 20 Jun 2026 (Saturday)

Britain First held a "March for Remigration" in Birmingham city centre on Saturday 20 June 2026.

Six auditors were arrested and charged with affray following police raids in Manchester, relating to a demonstration in November 2025. Their bail conditions ban them from Manchester city centre and from contacting each other.

Manchester live stream on 1 Jan 2026 before the raids hit. The Facebook group Audit The Auditors UK used the name to spill tea: "Thanks to KC Audits for spilling the tea Chris Messenger - English Ned Kelsea/Rachel - The Lesbian Cartel..."

Kyle Clouston (KC Audits) was the one who apparently spilled the details, leading to internal bad blood. Slick Tube (Ricky Jones) is still active, posting Nottingham walk content as of Jun 2026.

CJ Audits (Charles Johnston) — The NI Exception

CJ Audits (Charles Johnston) is a Northern Ireland-based auditor filming PSNI stations. In Jul 2024, cops went to court trying to ban him from filming outside police stations. He's still active — "CJ Explores UK & Ireland" series, posting as recently as Jun 2026. One of the few NI-based auditors, making him a bit of an outlier in an England-dominated scene.

News Now Yorkshire (Michael) — Sued the Police and Won

News Now Yorkshire (Michael, ~37K subs) has one of the rare legal wins in the auditor scene. He sued West Yorkshire Police after being threatened outside a police station and won £3,500 compensation. His video "I Sued West Yorkshire Police For..." got picked up by other auditor channels. Still active as of May 2026 posting police station audits. One of the more legally-savvy operators.

Ben Mills (The Ginger Patriot) — Environment Manager by Day, Auditor by Night

Ben Mills runs The Ginger Patriot channel. His LinkedIn profile lists him as Environment Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK — a corporate sustainability job. By night/weekend, he's in the middle of far-right protests and auditor confrontations, photographed by Searchlight at the centre of the Manchester auditor pack at an anti-Trump demo. One of the more surreal "double life" characters in the scene.

Peripheral: Advance UK vs Restore Britain (Auditor-Adjacent)

Ben Habib (Advance UK) leaked a voice note calling Rupert Lowe's Restore Britain "full tilt racist" — Habib claimed Restore members called him a "Paki" due to his Pakistani heritage. Restore Britain trolled back with a post: "Go full tilt for Restore Britain."

This is party-level politics but directly involves figures (Steve Laws, Alex Yerbury) who also feature in the auditor drama above.

🔴 Young Bob Arrested & Held Overnight (Late Jun 2026)

Young Bob (Thomas Moffitt) was arrested and held overnight by police following the Manchester incident. Rebel News launched a crowdfunding campaign for his legal defence, with founder Ezra Levant flying to London to connect him with Tana Adelmann — one of the UK's most experienced free speech lawyers (she's represented Tommy Robinson for years).

The "Save Young Bob!" campaign frames his arrest as the state silencing independent journalism. Several court cases are now active simultaneously:

Daniel Rushby ("Ponytail") — the Stand Up to Racism activist who attacked Young Bob on Market Street, arrested and charged with assault

Daniel Rushby aka "Ponytail" was arrested several days after the 15 Jun incident. Facebook posts from various groups spread the news: "Stand Up To Racism activist Daniel Rushby, aka 'Ponytail' has been arrested for his role in the vicious attack on 17-year-old activist Young Bob." Footage shows him grabbing, punching, restraining the teen, and stealing/busting his camera equipment.
