- Organisational incompetence on display β speakers had to climb on a wall to address the crowd because no platform was hired
- The result of weeks of buildup was "somewhere between 100 and 150 attendees, and could easily be contained within a single decent-sized pub garden" (Searchlight)
- Contradicts earlier assessments: Previously described by Searchlight (May) as "clearly much better organised" than usual Kent far-right demos β the reality was more amateurish
- Orla Minihane's Deloitte background did not translate to organisational competence on the ground
- The promised "hundreds" and framing around "2,000 MEN" did not materialise

π₯ Internal Far-Right Drama (Searchlight, 29 June)
The 27 June protest became a rolling spectacle of factional score-settling reported by Searchlight as "Shirts off, masks off, gloves off: neo-nazis spark war on the far right":
- White Vanguard (Kai Cunningham) turned up, were swiftly told to leave, retreated to a nearby park where they took their shirts off, posed for photos and performed litter-picking for the camera
- Aryan Front's "MD" (the same masked neo-nazi who confronted Golding in Maidstone) appeared and was instantly mobbed. A large crowd, including far-right auditors, ripped off his mask and jostled him down the street. MD later claimed he "took a few good punches" though video shows more shoving than striking
- Paul Golding posted footage of MD being unmasked, calling him a "neo-Nazi prick". The tweet lasted less than 24 hours β deleted after a furious backlash accusing Golding of "doxxing", "traitor behaviour" and siding with "civ-nats" against "true nationalists"
- Ashlea Simon (All for England, Golding's ex-partner) condemned the "mob mentality chasing a lone White lad"
- White Vanguard's Cunningham calling Golding "Goldstein", demanded he "stop hiding"
- MD himself raged that the protest was "full of browns, mulattos and kikes"

In a curious twist, Tommo informed police he was of "no fixed abode" (NFA) β though Searchlight possesses documents showing his actual current address (related to the sinking of his anti-migrant speedboat in Littlehampton). Trends
- Numbers are shrinking across the board β Britain First dropped from ~400 (Manchester, Feb) to ~200 (Birmingham, June). Pink Ladies couldn't break 150 in Dover despite weeks of hype. Shrewsbury drew ~100. Unite the Kingdom's second march was smaller than the first. Young Bob couldn't draw a crowd.
- The Pink Ladies hype bubble burst β previously described as "clearly much better organised", the 4 July Dover demo was a damp squib. No platform hired. Speakers climbing walls. 100-150 people after weeks of "2,000 MEN" framing. Searchlight's "triple vision" diagnosis for the 400-claim was brutal.
- Internal feuds now outpace the protests themselves β Crewe (27 June) became a farce: White Vanguard chased off, Aryan Front's MD unmasked and mobbed. Shrewsbury (4 July): Ryan Ferguson brawling with Wrexham contingent after calling them "sheep shaggers". Golding's "doxxing" tweet deleted within 24 hours after backlash. The far right's civil war is now the main event, not the marches.
