 9 June 2026: Good Jobs Bill — "half-baked" 
 During Assembly exchanges, Little-Pengelly accused Sinn Féin of trying to "bully and bounce her" into supporting the Good Jobs Bill, describing the proposed legislation as "half-baked" with no business support. She offered to back it if Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald (SF) agreed to split the bill and remove new trade union access clauses. Archibald said she wouldn't "be leaving anyone behind." ICTU said the DUP's position showed "blatant disregard for the democratic process." (Source: BBC News NI) 
 28 May 2026: Good Jobs Bill comments 
 During the Executive debate on the Good Jobs Bill, Little-Pengelly said "the people that create good jobs are businesses" and argued that the balance of the legislation needed to be correct. She emphasised the need to work with businesses rather than impose new burdens. (Source: BBC)
