## Celtic Alliance Position

**Practical participant.** Drakeford attended the **first Celtic Forum in Brittany (August 2023)** as Welsh First Minister — alongside Scotland's Shona Robison, the Irish ambassador, and representatives from Cornwall, Brittany, Asturias, and Galicia.
